What GeckoChat is
One project for users, sales, content and communication channels, with an agent to help manage them
Updated October 22, 2026
GeckoChat is a workspace for your business. Its foundation is a project: shared users, products, orders, materials and an agent. The site, Telegram bots and email use those same data for communication and sales.
Start with a site and data, then connect Telegram when you need it. Several bots in one project share the catalogue and knowledge base.
The difference from builders: you don't assemble logic out of blocks. You say what should happen — the agent does it.
What it is made of
Agent
Answers users, prepares broadcasts, builds sites and edits flows
Users and chats
People with conversation history and what each one did
Broadcasts
Messages to a segment with delivery and click reports
Flows
Automatic chains: what the bot does in response to an event
Sites
A storefront, catalogue or form — in a browser and inside Telegram
Payments
Offers, providers, payment links and delivery
Data
Collections, user variables and events
Bot
Your Telegram bot, where people arrive
How this differs from a builder
A builder hands you a tool. Here the work is taken off you: describe the task in plain words, the agent assembles it and shows the result.
Bot builder
- "Drag a block, set a condition"
- "Write the broadcast copy"
- "Upload products into the catalogue"
- "Look at the dashboard"
- A tool; the work stays yours
GeckoChat
- "Say what you need, in words"
- "We write it and pick the audience"
- "Tell us about the products — the catalogue builds itself"
- "Ask, and you are told what matters"
- A worker that does it
Where to start
- 1
Create a project — a name is enough to begin
- 2
Add information about your business and tell the agent what you want to do
- 3
If you need Telegram, connect a bot to this project
Follow your first project and Telegram bot. Then configure the welcome message and auto reply. Question acknowledgements can be deleted automatically after 1–30 seconds.
