The chat list

Not a feed of conversations but a list of users — money, activity, tags

userschats

Updated October 22, 2026

Each row on the left is a project user card: who they are, what they wrote, what they did and how they are tagged. The project selector can show all channels or one Telegram bot. Conversations belong to a specific channel.

See Welcome message and auto reply for the bot's built-in messages. If it acknowledges questions, auto replies can be deleted after 1–30 seconds. This does not delete the question or close its support ticket.

What's on the card

Under the name there's a row of metrics. Which ones is up to you, in the list settings (the icon next to the "Pinned" heading):

  • revenue and payment count;
  • channels and groups the person belongs to;
  • messages;
  • when they joined;
  • site visits, page views, clicks;
  • broadcasts received and clicks in them;
  • link clicks.

Every chip opens on hover: not just a number, but what stands behind it — which pages they opened, which broadcasts reached them, which links brought them in.

Pinning and highlighting

Tags and segments can be pinned to the top of the list or highlighted in colour. Everyone tagged "Lead" on top, everyone in the "Support" segment highlighted. The rules live in list settings and are stored in the project.

Filter

The filter keeps only who you need: by tags, by segments. It doesn't touch pinned rows — they always stay on top.
