Sorting
Last event, user activity, waiting for a reply and other ways to order the list
Updated October 29, 2026
The default is by last event: the people something happened with most recently come first — whoever did it.
The two main orders answer different questions:
- Last event — anything that happened with the person: a message from either side, a broadcast, a tag added or removed, an order, a payment, a button or link tap, a site visit, joining a channel. Remove a tag and the person moves up.
- User activity — what the person did themselves: wrote, tapped a button, opened the site, paid. Our messages, broadcasts and your actions on them do not move this order.
Example: a person has done nothing for a month while a broadcast reaches them every week. By last event they are at the top — a broadcast went out yesterday; by user activity they are at the bottom — their last action was a month ago.
Service records — scenario steps, technical site reports (load time, errors), issued invoices, opening the card — do not move the order. A site visit is the person's own action: pages, taps and scrolling move both orders.
What you can sort by
- last event — anything that happened with the person;
- user activity — the latest known action by the person;
- join date;
- revenue;
- payment count;
- site visits;
- broadcasts received;
- messages — how much the person talks at all;
- name;
- waiting for a reply — the age of the oldest unanswered question.
People with an unknown date appear last in that order. When sorting by waiting time, people who do not need a reply appear last.
Direction is a separate button. The chosen order is stored in the project and survives a reload.
The order is visible on the cards
The time next to the name is the date of the chosen order, and the line under the name is that same event: “Tag removed”, a broadcast, the last message. The metric the list is sorted by moves first on every card and is highlighted — even when it is switched off in settings, and even when it is zero. That way the order can be checked by eye: sort by visits and you see visits on everyone.
Pinned rows
Pinned users always sit above the list and ignore sorting: they were put there on purpose.
