The workspace and project

What the project shares, what belongs to a channel, and where to find each setting

The workspace is where your team works. It has a selected project and, when an action concerns Telegram, a specific bot of that project.

A project shares users, products, offers, orders, materials, a knowledge base and one agent. Its Telegram bots and sites use that common foundation. You can create a project before connecting Telegram.

Sections

  • Chats — users and conversations. The main working surface.
  • Data — users, collections, products, offers, orders and files.
  • Broadcasts — preparing and sending messages to an audience.
  • Flows — automatic chains.
  • Live sessions — watching the project's site sessions in real time when recording is enabled.
  • Sites — the pages of the project: they open in a browser and in Telegram as a Mini App.
  • Resources — channels and groups your bot manages.
  • Links — tracked links and campaign tags.
  • Settings — project and bot, plan, team roles, billing.

Several projects and bots

One account can run several projects. The selector shows projects with their Telegram bots nested underneath. Choose the project for an overview, or a bot to work with that channel. Choosing a bot does not create a separate project.

You can move one, several or all bots into another project you own. Review the selection and conflicts first. Conversations are preserved; each project's team, knowledge base, plan and shared data stay in their projects.

Users, broadcasts, flows and list settings belong to the project. The chat list can show all project channels together or one bot. Conversations and deliverability still belong to a specific channel.

Which settings belong where

SettingScope
Project name, site, knowledge base, products, teamProject
Welcome message, auto reply, command menuSelected Telegram bot
API keyGives a tool access as your account

If a section asks for a channel, open the selector and choose the right bot. Settings → Messages contains the welcome message and auto reply; automatic deletion after 1–30 seconds is part of the auto reply settings.

The knowledge base is in Settings → Knowledge base: business information, contacts, constraints and frequently asked questions are shared by the project. Uploaded files are in Data and can be used in messages and on the site.

Sign-in methods and your projects

Manage sign-in methods in your profile under Accounts. To add email or Google to an existing account, sign in using your usual method first and link the new method there. An unlinked sign-in method can open a new empty account; a matching address alone does not merge projects.

The project team

You can invite people into a project: owner, admin with full rights, and viewer who can only look.
