Broadcast strategy
Who to write to, when and why — so people read you instead of blocking you

A Telegram broadcast lands where friends write. That is its power and its danger: it will almost certainly be read, and it will be blocked with one flick if it was out of place.
Three rules
- A segment instead of "everyone". The same letter to a buyer and to someone who never opened the bot is two different letters. One of them is unnecessary.
- One message — one action. A button, a link or a reply. Three buttons are three messages you didn't write.
- A test to yourself before every send. You receive exactly what everyone else will: formatting, image, button. A minute on a test is cheaper than a broadcast with a broken link.
Broadcasts that work
| Occasion | To whom | What's inside |
|---|---|---|
| New offer | All active | What it is, who it's for, one button |
| Unfinished purchase | Opened an order, didn't pay | Payment link, deadline |
| Winning back | Silent for 30 days | What changed, a reason to return |
| Thank you | Paid | What's next, where to ask |
| Content | Channel subscribers | Value without selling |
What to look at after sending
- Delivered — did it arrive at all. Many undelivered — the base is stale.
- Clicks — did the call to action work. Few clicks with full delivery — wrong message or wrong people.
- Payments after the broadcast — the only figure that truly matters. It shows on the user card.
