Check the whole purchase path before sharing the offer.
- Open the offer in the right project.
- Check the products, final price and sales window.
- Check the active provider, currencies and payment methods.
- Open the offer readiness check.
- Resolve every blocking failure.
- Complete a test purchase through the path your users will receive.
- Sign in as the buyer and open the purchased materials or receive the configured delivery.
Check delivery

| External or manual delivery | The declared delivery method is fulfilled and the buyer knows what comes next |
Check browser and Telegram paths separately if you offer both. An owner's preview does not prove buyer access.
Payment exists but access is missing
- Find the buyer's order in the project.
- Check its status and purchased products.
- Check the buyer's account and delivery path.
- Fix the missing link, page or flow branch.
- Complete the necessary delivery through the normal product operation.
- Check access as the buyer.
Do not ask for a second payment or repeat delivery in bulk without checking history: a message, invitation or access may already have been delivered in part.
