Links and campaign tags
Where people came from and what they did next

Updated October 17, 2026
A link is an address that leads into your bot and remembers where the person came from.
Why
One link for ads, another for a channel, a third for a creator — and you see who brought how many, and what those people did next: wrote, bought, left.
What you can set
- a campaign tag that stays on the user;
- a flow node the person lands in right after the click;
- a lifetime and a cap on the number of clicks.
What you see afterwards
Clicks are counted and shown on the user card as their own metric. A click on a disabled or expired link is recorded too — it shows the demand for something you have already closed.
