Terms of Service
Version of October 20, 2026
These terms describe how using the GeckoChat platform ("we", "the platform") works. By using the platform you accept them. How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. What GeckoChat is
GeckoChat is a platform for business in Telegram. A client connects their Telegram bot and builds a project around it: conducts conversations with people, runs broadcasts and flows, publishes sites and mini apps, and accepts payment from their own buyers. The platform includes a project AI agent that helps with all of this on behalf of the project's team.
2. Account
- You can sign in with Telegram, Google or an email address; one person's sign-in methods are merged into one profile.
- You are responsible for access to your sign-in methods and to the devices where you are signed in. You can close extra sessions in your profile.
- You provide only truthful information about yourself and do not sign in to someone else's profile.
- The last sign-in method cannot be unlinked from a profile.
3. Projects and team
A project belongs to its owner; the project team includes only platform clients with the role of administrator (full access) or viewer (read-only). The owner is responsible for whom they invite and what rights they grant.
4. The client's responsibility for a project
The client is solely responsible for everything done in their project:
- the content of bots, sites, messages, broadcasts, files and replies, including what the AI agent prepared or sent on their behalf;
- having grounds to write to people and receive their data, including consent to broadcasts and informing people about data processing (for personal data of people in a project the platform acts on the client's behalf, see the Privacy Policy);
- compliance with the law and with the rules of Telegram and the other services the client uses through the platform;
- sales to their own buyers: the client is the seller, the platform is not a party to their transactions and does not receive money for their products; payments go through the payment providers the client connects themselves.
The AI agent can make mistakes. The client checks the result before it is sent to people or published.
5. What is prohibited
- sending spam and writing to people who do not expect messages from your project, circumventing Telegram's blocks and limits;
- distributing illegal content, infringing other people's rights, misleading people, impersonating others;
- distributing malicious code, interfering with the platform's operation, bypassing plan and access limits, accessing other people's projects and data;
- using the platform for fraud and other illegal acts.
6. Plans and payment
- A new project starts on the free plan. Paid plans expand the project's capabilities and include a monthly allowance of AI credits; the contents and price of each plan are shown in the dashboard before payment. The base price of a plan is stated in US dollars.
- A plan is bought for 30 days through a payment provider (currently Lava or CryptoBot) in one of two ways, and before you pay the dashboard shows which one you are choosing.
- One-time payment — payment for 30 days; you renew by paying again. This is how payment through CryptoBot and by SBP works, as well as any plan for which a subscription is not offered.
- Subscription with automatic renewal — payment by bank card through Lava with the "Subscribe" button. The card is charged automatically every 30 days until the subscription is cancelled. Each charge extends the plan for the next 30 days; if a charge fails, the dashboard tells you and you can pay for the plan again.
- The project owner can cancel a subscription in the dashboard ("Cancel subscription"). After cancellation there are no more charges, and the period already paid for stays active until its date. A plan paid by a one-time payment does not renew itself.
- When a project's AI credits run out, the AI agent's functions stop until credits are topped up or the plan is changed.
- Questions about payment and about periods already paid are handled through support.
7. Operation of the service
We try to keep the platform running without interruption but do not promise uninterrupted operation: the platform depends on Telegram and other external services, and we release updates. We may change and extend the platform's capabilities.
8. Restricting and ending access
We may restrict or end access to a project or profile if it violates these terms or the law. You can stop using the platform at any time; about deleting data, see the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page; a new version applies from the day it is published. By continuing to use the platform you accept the updated terms.
